A - Light straw colored, superb clarity, carbonation does the lager dance skyward. Perfect cap of white froth.
S - Light grains, crisp noble hops add some grassy notes along with a thin hint of lemongrass.
T - excellent malt display, delicate graininess, augmented with fine classic hops adding a tinge of bitter.
M - Crisp, delicate and inviting all at the same time, balanced on the palate, a quick cleanup by carbonation, a hint of minerality , adds to the experience.
O - A delightful offering, well executed and with any luck more will be available in the future, so very clean.
