A- Light golden, blonde, hue with a small creamy white head. Small size and not much retention. Frothy ring leaves a few spots of lace.

S- Buttery with a light malt profile and a pretty good deal of floral hop notes. Small fruit hints too.

T- Light caramel malt and floral hops round out most of the flavor. Somewhat buttery and fruit. Biscuit and grains. Tiny bit of earthy, grass and citrus hops as well.

MF- Highly carbonated light body with a slight silky and creamy feel. Tiny amount of bitterness.

Solid ale overall. More flavorful than I was expecting with a good balance of hops and malt.

A: Light fizzy head fades semi quickly, crystal clear blond light golden yellow color.

N: Wheat, light straw, light pilsner malts, a light creamy malt aroma that is kinda weird, light toasty, the dry straw aroma is dominant, light herbal like hops and touch of citrus.

T: Starts a touch sweet, light pilsner malts, little toasty, again with the dominant straw, light creamy malt flavor, some grassy light floral hops, touch citrus and herbal, bit juicy, finishes a bit drier, lingering light hop flavors and light straw malts.

M: Lighter bodied decent carb.

O: Decent but not great, lighter, weird creamy malts and straw, light hops not bad, drinkable.

Pours a two finger white head that fades quickly leaving some lace. Medium carbonation and light-medium bodied. Almost clear amber color. Nose is light pine hops. Flavor is pine hops with hints of caramel. Less bitter than their Pied PIPA. $5.45 for a 22oz bottle from Colonial Spirits, Acton, MA.

Clear gold with a short cap of fine white bubbles. The top of the pint glass showed some sticky lace once the beer started disappearing. Decent head retention. Crackery malt aroma, fruity, sort of tropical in character, lemon and spicy. Same in the flavour, moderate to low bitterness up front but more pronounced in the finish. A bit fruitier, some apple, dry yeast. Relatively crisp even with carbonation that was on the subdued side. Light bodied and dry. Pretty good. It went down easy and stayed refreshing throughout.

Light gold, dark straw color with the lightest hazes. Good starting head that leaves extensive clumpy lace on the glass.

Okay, this is unusual. I smell Italian spices like oregano and thyme. I suppose it is an unusual breed of hop. Light malt in the background--like spent grains in a homebrew. I like the smell.

Great blend of grainy pale malts and prickly, pine-like hop. This is a smooth beer, if a little thin in body. Leaves a very dry finish with a mild hop bite. Very easy to consume more than one.

Poured from 22oz bottle to pint glass.

A - Pours a straw yellow, with a little golden tinge to it. Moderate head, that fades to one finger after a minute or two. This beer is cloudy in the light.

S - There is a strong yeast smell. I get a lot of fruit off of this one: orange, lemon, and apricot. I like that you get a little bit of a flowery hop aroma in the nose. There's also a little bit of a caramel smell in there. Oddly, I kind of get a Jello scent from it.
(After the beer warmed up some more, I also smelled malted barley)

T - I don't know where to begin with the taste. The hops let there bitter presence be known, and it overpowers the other delicate flavors a bit too much for me. I wasn't expecting the bitterness from the flowery hop aroma. Underneath the bitterness you get a little caramel, and a good taste of apricot. I think I taste a pale malt. After reading the bottle, I can definitely taste that this was dry hopped.

M - It's very smooth. The yeast makes it go down easy. There's a bit of carbonation, but nothing too aggressive. It has a little bit of an oily texture, but is still light-bodied. Overall, it's pretty refreshing, but...

D - the bitterness would prevent me from drinking more than a glass or two of this.

This is a solid beer, but I think I have to be in the right mood for it. My only real wish is that they countered the bitterness of the hops a little bit to let the other flavors shine through.

My first beer from this brewery. A bright white head rose easily, not lasting very long but was really whiter than white. How DO they do it? Very attractive in the glass. Light aromas of peaches and yeast; a little peppery from the hops. Light body, nice and fizzy but not overly so. When first sipped, there were few hoppy notes and the taste was mostly dominated by fruit such as apples, peaches, pears... very nice. After warming for a bit, however, the hops took over so that by the end of the glass, ill-mannered grapefruit had seized control. The last few drops were as if the beer had turned into one of those testosterone-laced, west-coast double-head-whacking-jackhammer-over-hopped IPA. Nice beer, just drink it reasonably quickly.

Flip-top growler filled at the brewpub.

Poured into an imperial pint glass, formed a 1/8" off-white head over the clear golden amber brew. Head is quickly down a skim, bubbles around the rim, with ample delicate lacing. Aroma is pale sweetness and light crisp hops character. Taste is light pale malts upfront and through the middle, with balancing hops bitterness at the close. Mouthfeel is small-bubbled over the tongue, and drinkability is excellent. A very approachable brew, and an easy intro to craft for the BMC crowd.

Poured from a growler into a shaker pint.

A - Golden amber in color with a thin lace of white head. 3.5

S - Bready malt, orange, a bit of pineapple. 4

T - Light, bready malt backbone with a touch of sweetness. A surprising amount of hop bitterness blasts the palate immediately and lasts through a lingering dry finish. As the beer warms, caramel becomes more apparent. 3.5

M - Restrained carbonation. Falls a bit flat, but better from the growler than the small sample I had at the brewpub. 3.5

D - Good. Not very exciting, but a decent, sessionable beer. 4
