Bottled 8/15/17. Says 'Hopped with Four Star Farms Cascade and Rakau (100%MA grown).'
No citrus/juice feel noticeable more like apricots.
Not what I was expecting from this style of beer.
Says 'Only 25 cases bottled'.
Good thing.

Poured from a recent bottle dated 1/24/17 into the modified tulip glass, this version uses 4 Star Farms Rakua hops.
A - Murky, sun behind cirrus cloud color. a gentle carbonation feeds a quick to go white knit cap.
S - Apricot jam on warm baguette, nice pineapple touch all tropical here.
T - Sweet fruits, dried pineapple, then rich full sweet mango and apricot. No deviation from the theme here.
All tropics all the time.
M - A bit slick but not overly, full in body, the carbonation has no chance. The oily hops border on reduction of big fruits.
O - A very big tropics bomb, this is a variant on the normal DIPA, and what a treat this is, worth seeking out

Batch dated 12/14/16, 8% ABV, double dry hopped with Idaho 7. Look is very nice, with two fingers of foamy head, hazy honey color. Smell is full of tropical hops. Taste is juicy tropical hops, mango with moderate bitterness. Mouthfeel is good, moderate carbonation with some bite of the hops bitterness. Overall, this is a very good double IPA of the citrus & tropical hops variety. Nice that I got it so fresh, two weeks since it was bottled.

Had at the People's Pint served in a tulip. The beer had a murky, dark orange appearance and a medium sized head that dissipated into a thin ring around the glass. Aromas were loaded with a sharp citrus mixed with earthy pine. Taste follows the nose to make for a citrus sweet drink that paired extremely well with my dinner. Mouthfeel had medium carbonation to add some crispness to this medium body drink. Overall, I thought this was a great imperial IPA from this restaurant/brewery.

22 oz poured into tulip. Batch 2016-04. 2/15/16
L. Dark orange, copper in color and full haze. 1 finger head that goes away quickly with lots of lacing.
S. Lots of tropical flavors on the nose. Not much pine but lots of sweetness.
T. Some really nice melon, tropical flavors and sweet malt. Not piney at all but nice hop forward double.
F. Very creamy and nice carbonation. Medium mouthfeel.
