This 2024 batch is an imperial stout brewed with spruce tips and fermented with Vos kviek yeast. We then aged this ale in bourbon barrels with dried fruit.

Damn this is sweet. Sugar coated overripe raspberries is what comes to mind first. There is a little mint and some booze and more sugar. After a bit I do get some stouty char at the end. It's ok but I don't think I can do 16oz.
