We depressurized our blackberry, blueberry barley wine named Baba Jagodowa and filled Bourbon Barrels from Berkshire Mountain Distillery. What was once a beautiful blend of malt and berry sweetness has become something else; a rich and sweet brew that brings aromas and flavors of oak, sweat bourbon, ripe berries, blueberry brandy, fruit leather, jam, cakes, & pie.
