Damn how is it 4.5 years after drinking this, it still doesn't have a place or a review here? Let's fix that.
Commercial tug job indicates this is a session version of their flagship, Icky IPA. Not excited, Icky is malty and at best, an English ipa. This pours darker and maltier than a session beer or ipa as they call it. Looks good though, 3/4" white head on an amber colored body. Aroma seems to smack of the Cascade and Zeus combo, grapefruit and a hint of something more fun.
Taste is actually more enjoyable than Icky, the sticky caramel maltiness is significantly cut down, and its for the better both taste and mouf-feel wise. Its more crisp and in line with SNPA which is a lot better company than Icky. At the endo of the day, it would be nice if they used more of the CTZ hop here, but I'll still take it because its better than the flagship they make.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
