We found our inspiration for this brew in the cool summer nights spent around a campfire with good friends. Bursting with tropical fruit, pear, peach, melon, and citrus hop aroma and flavor — this IPA shines brightly with a smooth, creamy mouthfeel that’s rich in hop character without bitterness.

Canned 11/24/25. Poured at 51 degrees.

Look: Hazy amber with a high white head that has great retention and leaves nice lacing.
Smell: Sweet orange.
Taste: Sweet fruit mixed with malt. Very faint bitterness on the finish. Not cloying, but not well-balanced.
Feel: High in the mouth with medium carbonation. Very filling.
Overall: Not a bad brew, but definitely weak by Great Basin standards. I wouldn’t recommend this beer.

16oz can. No dating information found.
Cloudy, pale gold colored body. Two fingers of white head, which dissipates to a thin cap and ring. Leaves webs of lacing.
Aroma of lemon, peach, pear, and melon. Has a smell note similar to rubber cement.
Taste is soapy and bitter, with hints of citrus, pine, peach, and melon. Initially overly bitter, which then mellows out to a hops vegetal flavor. Leaves a bad tasting aftertaste, similar to extreme orange rind/pith.
Slightly thick mouthfeel. Very good carbonation.
Tastes like very overly ripe orange flesh. Dissapointing for a first try of a Nevada brewed beer.

Wow is this the same beer as in the reviews? Anyhoo, maybe it was a Total Warm single purchase lacking a date. Whatever says Orange Cassidy.

Pours a yellow with a 4 out of 10 on the haziness scale. 2/3" white head. The aroma was lacking enjoyability, it was mostly a bitter copper sensation.

Taste was one of the most bitter hazy ipas I've ever had. 25 ibu my ass. It did taste old. You didn't have the sexy proprietary hop feel, just came across as all bittering hop. The malt bill was lacking too, didn't have that soft rolled oats or wheat vibe. The bitterness just cut across like that Tilt song.

Its weird after the buyout to see styles like this. I get it, its a business, but dang man, Revision is right across the way doing it much better. The hop situation here was just disappointing. Something like Vic Secret and El Dorado would be my guess. Date stamp yo shit.

this is one of those hazy ones that some folks will adore, the hop profile is real fruity and summery and even vacation feeling, but for me i am critical of it because the texture just doesnt match, its heavy feeling, overly hazy just for the sake of it, like its so starchy and soupy and dense that the juicy vibrancy is weighed down, i think its unflattering and the hops arent epic enough to save it for me, frankly it was a hard pint to drink through, which is more a criticism of this type of hazy ipa, rather than of this one specifically, they did a lot of things right too here. there has to be some el dorado in here, or something like it, tons of ripe melon in nose and finish, some mosaic likely too with the pineapple i taste, and maybe something from new zealand with some green grape and green gooseberry, but this is all speculation. it has a little bitterness too at the end which i like, but its tied up with some green bite that makes it seem overdone and just on the edge of sloppy. all this grain is too much, this should be more delicate and easier drinking to match the hop profile, its not sweet or anything, not even all that flavorful, but texturally its off, this is filling with a flavor profile that i want a bunch of, the two elements are in conflict. the fermentation is just off from fully clean, not bad, not great, which is sort of a continuation of what else i have had from these guy, mostly hit or miss, especially with their hoppy stuff. this one has so much potential, they just need to lighten it up!

16oz can poured into a pub nonic. Perfect hazy pour, moderate-to-full on haze, golden bright with a large, fluffy white head that laces well. Juicy tropical notes pour out of the glass with impressions of mango, citrus, some moderate pine and grapefruit. There is a nice, yeasty mouthfeel with a crackery sweet malt profile underlying. Overall a delicious execution of a NE IPA, and my first brew from Great Basin.
