Appealing aroma with a hint of Belgian stout and a suggestion of sweetness.
Medium body with medium-light carbonation.
Aroma: lightly spiced brown bread. Promises great balance.
Flavor: Loaded with dark roasted malts, this has enough hops to give this mild bitterness. Some smoke in the aftertaste. High ABV is partially hidden but this is still a touch boozy.
Feel: medium+ body and light carbonation. Some warmth and a suggestion of heat from the alcohol.
Overall: a good, distinctive RIS.
