Dark black-brown colored body with a very good beige head.
Mild aroma for style features coconut and dark roasted grains.
Flavor: hits the tongue lightly sweet but finishes with about neutral in terms of sweet/bitter. Moderate flavor for style despite additions. Hints of dark toast and coffee lurk behind more prominent coconut and some light vanilla.
Feel: Medium-full body; near medium carbonation.
Overall: a solid version of the style with conservative use of vanilla. Improved with warming.
