Crystal clear golden brew; pours with little head - although, oddly, the brew still leaves behind nice lacing as you drain the glass.
Nose is mostly in line with old-school IPAs: grassy and citrusy, prominently featuring sharp grapefruit notes.
On the palate, the citrus theme dominates. It's slightly dank and resinous, and pale grains make a brief showing before allowing the grapefruit to reassert. Moderately bitter.
A very solid old-school IPA, and the best beer I've had by Engine 15 to date.
