Bottle.

Quick review: Near perfect almost black color. Brown head recedes to nothing. Brown sugar, bourbon, slight chocolate aroma. The aroma is incredible. Booze overwhelms the taste for me. I prefer bourbon to take the backseat, not center stage. Brown sugar, toffee, roasty malt. Moderate to heavy carbonation for my liking. I'd recommend this to bourbon drinkers!

I bought this beer recently from Proof Bottle Shop and I plan on aging for at least a few months before I write up the review. This is merely me adding the beer to this site. I do this all the time and hate having to write up a full review to add a beer. Anyway, here's the description from the brewery about this beer:

The Imperial Chupacabra is a special annual release in celebration of the founding of Engine 15 Brewing Co. This Russian Imperial Stout style ale is aged in freshly emptied Bourbon barrels. This beer ages well but is equally delicious today
