Had on tap at Roscoes Fresh Hop Ale Summit in PDX...
- Light clear-like yellow pale.. fizzy white head.. down to a slight ring etc.. pretty brew.
- Somewhat stinky with hops, light grain.. light sweetness... simple pale with some good hop aromas....
- Decent flavor, balanced and lightly sweet... light grains, biscuit... fresh earthy and pine hops with some floral qualities...
- Light bodied, well carbonated... slightly drying..
- Decent brew from such a new kid on the block. Better than many out there... but still sits behind some of the yearly great fresh hop brews out there...
