Taster at BitterCreek. Good looking pour, hazy, medium amber, small, tight, creamy head. Gentle approach considering the ABV. Aromaleans towards fruity, grapes and prunes. Taste even more so, rich and earthy. Nice consistency, just short of chewy. Fairly sublime for a beer of this strength. Nice to see these guys experimenting with Belgian styles, and doing well.
