A very dark brown, used motor oil look and a light tan head.
A very earthy, smoky, coconut, wood, vanilla, honey espresso, yeast, floral, and roasted malts.
A rich smoky, roasted malt, with chocolate, caramel, coffee, yeast, floral, rich toasted coconuts, vanilla, and some earthiness.
The mouthfeel is creamy slightly carbonated and the finish lingers.
A very nice Baltic Porter, with significant characteristic like the smoky earthy notes presented in the beer. I really enjoyed the flavors added to this beer. I tried the original God of Thunder, it is good but this has so much more layers and has so much going on. I will go back and get another pint.
