Greatness will be remembered. This massive black beer with an off-white head is obtained by brewing pale, caramel, chocolate, roast, victory and black malts. A thick, stick to your tongue body with espresso and mocha flavors is balanced with a malty sweet finish and bitterness from Magnum hops. Long live the king.

16oz can. No dating information found.
Black colored body, with a mahogany brown back lit edge. Thin beige head, later is a number of islands and thin ring. No lacing.
Aroma presents as a bourbon barrel aged roasted malt beverage. Oak and vanilla for sure.
Taste is sweet chocolate roasted malt, with a ending balance of sweet malt. Bourbon barrel invites itself into each sip. Light cherry and prune notes. Bourbon barrel oak and vanilla. Smooth blend in the aftertaste.
More than medium mouth feel. Some stickiness involved. Supportive carbonation.
Smooth body, bourbon influenced flavored stout. Solid roasted malt base. Noticeable alcohol hot spot in the flavor.
