Golden lager, perfectly balanced malt and hop characteristics. Won the Gold Medal at the 2002 Great American Beer Festival for “European-Style Pilsner” You know, just sayin'.

Pretty bland and washed-out as far as flavor goes - hops are a little too grassy, malt is a little musty and stale. Just doesn’t have the body or the subtle depth of a good pilsener

Clear gold color, quickly dissolving white head. Not much on the nose, just some light grains and maybe some wet leaves. Not much on the front palate, but the finish was a smooth, warm mixture of biscuit, vanilla and honeysuckle. Liked the medium body feel and mouth-coat.

The beer pours out a crystal clear pale golden straw color, with 1 finger of white head------------ the aromas are of sweet grains and that's about it, unimpressive aroma------------- the flavors are of cracker malt and light floral notes and that's about it, the beer has a thin to medium mouthfeel with a smooth finish-------------- overall this beer was mediocre imo, not much going on tasted more like a macro lager than a craft pilsner

A nice yellow color with some goldenrod tints. The head is one finger thick with fair retention. The beer does presentshe with a couple carbonation bubbles.
A nice floral note with some perfume light toasted and some yeast.
A nice floral and perfume note with toasted malt bread and yeast.
The mouthful is carbonated crisp and clean.
This a very nice pilsner, really good balance nice body light but refreshing

On-tap at Beachwood I,
A: Pours a clear gold with a soft white head, some good spotty lace.
S: Floral notes with a clear Saaz character, classic.
T: Solid pils malt flavour, with a good back Saaz profile. Not as directly hoppy as I like in a pils, but certainly well done. No off flavours.
M: Light-bodied, crisp though a little flabby in the finish, clean.
O: A good pilsner and a nice intro to this Vegas brewery which is new to the Southland.

Draft to Pils
12oz
@Orleans Hotel, Las Vegas
App- A very clear yellow with a small one finger white head. Very bubbly and good sticky cling.
Smell- Again, Pils and lagers arent my thing. Grainy, lemony, grassy and a bit earthy. Wasn't bad, just want too inviting.
Taste- An average beer to say the least. Very buttery but not in an infected way, just the way they brewed it. Butter with some grass and german hops. Just kinda eh.
Mouth- A light body with a light carbonation. A bit earthy and grainy.
Drink- Just very average. Ill keep trying pils till I find one. On to the next one!
