On-tap at Orsted in Copenhagen.
Pours a muddy golden-copper color with a one-finger white head. The head recedes into a patchy layer on top leaving solid lacing.
Smells of grainy pale malts with mild amounts of breadiness. Also present are earthy, somewhat musty-smelling hops.
Tastes similar to how it smells, although the hop presence is a bit more robust. Mildly dry pale malt flavors kick things off and are joined quickly by good amounts of earthy and slightly floral hop flavors. Midway through the sip the malt flavors stiffen up a bit, carrying through to a mildly bitter finish.
Mouthfeel is good. It's got a nice thickness with moderate carbonation.
Drinkability is also good. I finished my glass without any problems and could have another.
Overall this was a nice and balanced APA but nothing stood out as above average. Not worth seeking out but not worth shunning.
