Ordered a half pint at the brewery.
Beer is a bright clear dark amber color, with a very nice head.
Aromas are of smoke, malts, and oak.
Flavors are very crisp and clean. This has a very smokey oak like quality to it. There is a nice dry finish, that has a slight hop bite, and a little kick from the alcohol.
Mouthfeel seemed a bit to lean to me.
Drinkability was good. This was a good example of the style.
