The third of our Pale Ale Series, this traditional pale ale is hopped exclusively with American Golding hops, which are a bit more aggresseive than the English or Kent Golding. The character of this brew has a very earthy and rounded hopping.

Served at the Silver Peak Grill and Taproom down by the river.
A: Is a nice copper color with a decent head that fades to some lacing.
S: Has a nice clean aroma of grain and slight hint of citrus.
T: Taste is clean and very refreshing, that finishes with a good crisp bitterness.
F: Seems well balanced, goes down smooth and easy, leaves no aftertaste.
D: Very satisfying, reminded me of a Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. Well worth the try.
