Brown color with a thin dark beige head with short retention and leaving some laces.
Nice aroma with notes of grapefruit, pine, nuts and lots of chocolate, dark and creamy.
Flavor with notes of spices, grapefruit, mild pine, cocoa, nuts, flowers, wood and earth. Dry and bitter aftertaste with a rounded roasted note.
Medium body with proper carbonation.
Very decent and flavorful American Brown Ale with all the right notes, it is spicy, hoppy and chocolatey.

A - Fully pale fawn head atop a dark amber body. Too red for a brown ale in my eyes, but that's a minor detail.
S - Malt. Some faint chocolate malt. Kind of like smelling a freshly opened tootsie roll from across the room.
T - Malt and yeast. Few discernible flavours.
M - Really thin, but the bitterness is light enough to stay balanced.
O - I like my brown ales to be full and saturated with brown malt characters, but this is just too light and unsatisfying for my taste.
