Dec. 2015: 500 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 8.0%. Reddish brown colour, slightly hazy. Moderate off-white head. Aroma of woodwork, a hint of caramel and smoke. Fairly dry flavour, some refreshing wheaty and citrussy notes, also notes of wood, hints of dried fruits and smoke. Fairly distinct hops for a weizenbock, moderately bitter finish.
