Copenhagen 25/7 2017. 50 cl bottle from Rema1000. Stylish grey label with Indslev’s swan logo.
Pours hazy light yellow with big bubbly white head. Settles as 1 cm thick layer of foam. No lacing.
Aroma is lemonade-ish with hints of fermented sweetness. Citrus and sugar.
Light and prickly carbonation and watery palate.
Flavor is pretty thin and a little bland. Light sweetness followed by slightly stronger sourish bitterness. Very short lightly bitter aftertaste.
I imagine it could be quite refreshing on a warm summerday. A shame it’s only 17 degrees outside.

May 2014: Shared bottle at local tasting, bought in Denmark. BB date 06.03.13. Hazy pale yellow colour, moderate white head. Moderate wheaty and citrussy aroma, also mild spicy notes. Fairly refreshing wheaty flavour, light citrussy and mildly spicy notes. Would probably be even better if fresher. Will buy again.
