Behind every good brewer, you will find a strong and energetic partner. For Indslev's founder Frederik, this partner was his wife, Kirstine. A woman who made the many unreasonable working hours that brewing good beer requires possible. Kirstine's Christmas is a tribute to her. Abundant amounts of dark, caramelized malts have been used to create this unique wheat beer, which provides a tasty Christmas lunch and at the same time does not exclude the car home.

Copenhagen 1/1 2019. 50 cl bottle from SuperBrugsen, Halmtorvet, Kbh V. Golden label with Indslevs logo in red.
Pours murky amber with medium-sized, bubbly, off-white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No Lacing.
Aroma is not especially intense. Sweetish and fruity with a touch of lemonade. Sweet caramel with a hint of brown sugar. Fruity sweetness with oranges and sweet berries.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and quite prickly texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish and watery. Lingers shortly.
A bit thin and weak for a Christmas Seasonal
