Copenhagen 7/9 2018. 50 cl bottle from Fakta, Kbh NV. Transparent plastic label to mimic print on the bottle. Drawing of the Brewery on the label.
Pours hazy, golden yellow with medium-sized white head. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam clinging to the side of the glass. Moderate Lacing.
Aroma is of exotic fruit in a early stage of decay. Stronger citric odor of lemon and Grape fruit.
Soft carbonation. Soft, lightly prickly, slightly thick texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by strong bitterness. Aftertaste is prominently bitter. Lingering for a while.
A bitter and fermented specimen.
