Copenhagen 18/6 2018. 50 cl bottle from Fakta. Transparent label with drawing of the brewery and the symbol of the brewery with Swan in silhouette.
Pours slightly hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as a thin, flimsy layer of foam. Very moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense and lemonadelike. The wheat is really coming through. Sweet and fruity. Light citric notes. Black pepper. A little perfumed.
Soft yet lightly prickly carbonation. Slightly thick, fluid texture. A little flat.
Flavor is medium sweet with a sugary touch. Followed by weak bitterness with some sourish notes. Aftertaste is sweetish and fairly watery.
The wheat gives some freshness and fruitiness. But a bit lighthearted for the style.
