Copenhagen 11/9 2016. 50 cl bottle from Fakta, Frederiksborgvej, Kbh. NV. Grey label with the logo with the flying swan in red.
Pours hazy light yellow with a white head. Stable. Settles as a 1,5 thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Very moderate lacing.
Aroma is lemonade-ish with exotic fruit and notes of citrus. Peach and pineapple. Lemon and citrus.
Light carbonation and creamy thick palate. Gently tingling texture.
Flavor is medium sweet with a touch of lemonade followed by a medium strong but distinct bitterness with citrus sourness lingering in aftertaste.
Quite nice wheat beer with inspiration from the classic IPA.
