Served up a bright golden color with a small, bubbly white head. Smells of fresh, mellow grain, floral hops, and biscuits. Flavor is big on the classic floral and grapefruit hop character with some dark green pine resin beginning to surface after a bit. Tastes like a lot of Cascades and Centennial with a little Simcoe thrown in. Crisp, snappy, and juicy. Not a whole lot of malt or rye character coming through as would be expected, but it’s a good pale ale for sure.
