Appearance: Arrives hazy and honey colored with a modest head that leaves a few spots of lace
Smell: Grainy and lactic, with a green apple aspect
Taste: Lactic, with sour green apple tones; woody and yeasty, through the middle, with the salt discernible in the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: This is an excellent Gose that interprets the style in a unique way
