L: gets off to a very nice start as it pours an amber color with a creamy off-white thick head. Head has very nice staying power.

S: aroma of hops, grapefruit, caramel.

T: Caramel malts, light citrus, banana bread in the background...which wasn't particular pleasant.

F: mouthfeel is medium bodied and lightly cleansing.

O: Overall, it is a decent brew that is sessionable.

A: The beer is crystal clear amber in color and has a slight amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a a half finger high beige head that died down, leaving patches of bubbles on the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of earthy yeast are present in the nose.
T: Like the smell, the taste has earthy flavors of yeast along with some hints of molasses and associated bits of sweetness.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation. The backend makes your mouth feel somewhat dry.
O: I found this common lager to be quite interesting, and the use of molasses definitely added a Southern touch.

Pours a hazy amber producing a huge, foamy, lasting, off-white head that leaves moderate streaks & webs of lace. Aroma is acidic, with bready & caramel malt notes, hints of banana, spice, lemon & grass. Taste is also acidic, caramel, toast, very subtle banana & dried apple flavors, pepper & a light bitter hop character from mid-sip that dwindles rapidly in the aftertaste. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium to slightly heavy carbonation, lively in the mouth & full of prickles becoming heavy bodied & full on the tongue in the finish. This is weird but the mouthfeel is somewhat Saison like!
