Half El Toro (cream ale), half Fullsteam (steam beer).

Pours a deep straw, light orange color. Decent white head, that leaves chunks floating. Carbonation is not bad.

Smell is malts, a bit of floral aroma hops, and a touch of smoothness. I like the floral hops; they give El Steamo a nice touch that the El Toro lacks.

The taste is what you'd expect. Its got parts of El Toro and Fullsteam. The part that stands out is the yeast. I almost feel Belgian yeast in there somewhere. Its got those fruity esters that I love, but also adds hints of Fullsteam Lager and El Toro. It is one complex drink for fizzy yellow liquid.

Aroma hops are a bit different, and are a welcome addition. I like how all the parts fit together. The hints of Belgian yeast esters and phenols are nice. That yeast is light, and adds more flavor than body.
