This was the House Special Brew. Crystal clear yellow color with a 1" head. Some decent lacing developed at the start but faded near the end. The aroma was very mild and malt was the only item I picked up.The flavor was was a decent balance of light malt with some light bitterness. No other flavors were noticeable.
The mouthfeel was between smooth and crisp, but it had a dry aftertaste. The soft bitterness lasted a few seconds after the swallow. Light bodied and decent carbonation levels. This could have used a bit more malt to boost the overall flavor a bit.

Sampled on tap at the brewpub.
This pilsner poured a clear, golden color with creamy, white foam that persisted and clung to the glass. There was a fine bubbling from the bottom of the glass. The smell was modest: some grain and a bit of hops. The taste included: grain, lager malt, some bread, a mild hop bitterness and a touch of floral hops in the finish. The mouthfeel was crisp and clean with medium-light body and good carbonation. The lingering aftertaste was mild and hoppy. This was a drinkable and refreshing pilsner.
