Consumed 05/11/08 during Brewfest 08 at Barley's Casino & Brewing Co., Henderson, NV.
Clear deep brown with lighter brown highlights. Thin skin of tan foam.
Smells like coffee.
Tastes like a packet of powdered mocha emptied into a cup of cold black coffee. While that's all fine and dandy, I feel like they forgot to give this beer any beer character.
A one-note beer lacking in subtlety or complexity.
