A - Finger of cloud white fine bubble head. Clear brass color. Pretty good lacing. Not cloudy like many witbiers.
S - Crisp dry, noted of linseed and faint hops.
T - Taste like a APA. A big difference between US and German styles. Matly, sweet, too filtered probably. No yeast flavors. Not too hoppy though.
M - Crazy smooth. Just a bit of dryness. Positive feelings abound.
D - Not bad. Not what I expected for something with wheat in the title but plain and drinkable.

Sample at the brewpub. Clear gold color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly. Thin rings of lacing. Malt, wheat and yeast in the nose. Light-bodied with a wheaty character and flavors of pale malt and yeast. The finish is soft and wheaty with some lingering fruit aftertaste. Unmemorable overall.

Pours a clear, honey color with a small head that leaves a little lace.
Smell is hops, citrus, malt. Big citrus note.
Taste is hops all over!! Some citrus and malt way, way back.
The hops just stays like an unwanted relative crashing on your couch. Nice medium body and effervescence. this seems like a lager in which case, it's ok. But as a wheat beer it's wrong. I would not drink this again. Strangely, this is their most popular brew.

Consumed at brewery, 05/09/08.
Very clear light gold.
No active carbonation in the glass. Head is minimal white foam skin.
Slight corny grain aroma.
Flavor is surprsingly malty, though there are no balancing hops to note. I didn't note any wheat character in the flavor, oddly. In fact, it had more of an amber ale caramel malt profile than anything else.
Like all their beers, they might have overfiltered for clarity and sacrificed some flavor on the way.
