22oz draught at the brewpub.

Appearance: Deep reddish amber, clear, nice lace.

Aroma: Malty sweet without too much sweetness.

Taste: A decent Vienna lager, with lots of rich malt flavour with just the right amount of rich sweetness, balanced out nicely with a spicy hop bite. Unfortunately, there is some generic nuttiness that also comes through and is not a favourite attribute of mine. Nevertheless, tasty.

Mouthfeel: Medium bodied, crisp, moreish.

Drinkability: Well worth trying. Nice to have a nice big beer at a modest abv.

Wasn't expecting much from a 1.50 beer at a Casino's house brewpub. But, hey, it's actually pretty well done.

Smelled and tasted a lot more like a regular ol' American red than a Vienna. Big medium, all around. Malts were like biscuits and potting soil, and the hops were more bitter than spicy with some very light nodes of fruit.

This would be a completely unexceptional beer were it not for its price and location, which made it a lifesaver. (Seriously a literal lifesaver; if I don't have good beer, I die).

Consumed on 1/4/10 at Main Street Station, Vegas

A - Slightly cloudy amber-range color. Good lacing. No fiz.

S - Mildly sweet but this damn dessert air makes it too dry to pick out subtle notes. I'm not finding anything interesting here.

T - Sweet malt, syrup, dry and crisp. Hoppy outer tones.

M - Smooth drinkable with a hop bite.

D - Ok, needs a lot more in the aroma department

Sample at the brewpub. This beer pours a clear amber color with a thin off-white head that dissipates quickly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Roasted malt and mild hops aroma. Medium, smooth body with sweet toasted malt, caramel and hops flavors. The finish is sweet malt with a lingering caramel aftertaste. Pretty average overall.

Pours a reddish brown/copper color. Small head, no lace.
Very little smell, most of it hops.
Taste is hops and some malt. Balance of the two is good but nothing else on the plate here.
Medium body, medium effervescence, good aftertaste where the malt comes out after the hop start. Nothing to write home about.

Consumed 05/09/08 at the brewery.

Clear brass/copper beer. Thin skin of white foam for a head.

Couldn't detect any aroma.

On the palate: slight citric sourness up front. Texture is a little oily. The house flavor for malt at 777 seems to be caramel, as it was present in most of the beers (including this one). I didn't pick up any hop flavors.

Not particularly tasty.

A nice beer, even for the non-beer lovers in our group who visited the brewery. Opens with a deep amber color with some golden and brown ribbons mixed in. Nice head formaiton, retention and lacing, with a egg-shell foamstand. Aromas are nearly all malt, showing rich bread flavors, caramel, toffee, nuts, and toastiness. A slight hint of citrus hops struggle for attention. Flavors are very similar with emphasis on malt sweetness, mirroring the caramel and toffee. Hop flavors are slight and do little to balance the sweetness. The body is light, which helps the sweetness, allowing the hops to settle in the end. Perhaps the only beer that Triple 7 offers that wasn't balanced to my preferences.

Poured a light red/pink color. Small white head with good lacing. Minimal carbonation seen rising.

Aroma is quite light, with some light hops and malts.

Taste is dominated by hops with a light malt backbone.

Mouthfeel is smooth, medium bodied and cleansing. Quite nice in the mouth.

Overall, a very drinkable brew. Good session beer.

Appearance: Golden red color with a thin tan head.

Smell: Strong, sweet, malty aroma dancing in the nostrils.

Taste: Rich, thick malt backbone to this beer. It is fruity with candy-like sugar sweetness and a sweet, dry ending.

Mouthfeel: Clean, medium bodied and a bit sticky.

Drinkability: This is a good beer but it lacks any distinct character or bite. A good grain bill gives it a great maltiness, but otherwise its nothing special.
