Collaboration con Spezial (Bamberg) and Nittenauer (Nittenau). With smoked chestnut.
Hazy appearance, light brown in color. Decent foam.
Smoked smell, dried chestnut. Intense and pleasant. Well balanced chestnut use.
Same notes in the taste, a lot of smoked chestnut. Then sweet and spicy (rye).
Well, the chestnut add an intense flavour, maybe a bit too much for a great drinkability.
But, overall, good.
