On tap at Knee Deep Brewing
A: Pours golden amber with a frothy off white head that settles to a thin layer and leaves a little light lacing.
S: Subdued nose, kind of yeasty, light fruity and floral notes, and some caramel/honey sweetness.
T: Juicy up front, fruity, golden reisin and fig, maybe some over ripe stone fruit, maybe a hint of melon, a bit floral, big time caramel honey sweetness (though not cloying), and a granola like malty presence.
M: Medium to full body, mild carbonation, alcohol is very well hidden throughout.
O: Big sweet tasty brew. I just wish more of the great taste showed up in the smell.
