This light bodied, single-hopped Mosaic IPA is bursting with aromas of ripe summer berries, citrus and passion fruit. Flavorful enough to sip, and smooth enough to crush.

This IPA is decent. It's a modern WC IPA. My only gripe is that it tastes watered down. It's really good but missing something. It's def is tasty and refreshing though. I'd recommend this on a hot day.

Pours a copper orange, mostly opaque. Little head that goes quick and little lacing. Smells coppery and bitter, and the taste follows. Not too bitter, no fruit notes, and the taste is gone as quick as the head. Not worth a repeat.

CANother triumphal pic uploaded & approved for The CANQuest (tm)! I am in the midst of a delving horizontal that will take me knee deep into Knee Deep. This is the seCANd of five that I have for this mission.
From the CAN: "100% Mosaic-Hopped"; "41 IBU"; "This light bodied, single-hopped Mosaic IPA is bursting with aromas of ripe summer berries, citrus and passion fruit. Flavorful enough to sip, and smooth enough to crush."
I was VERY curious to try yet CANother single-hop AIPA so I beCAN with a Crack! of the vent, followed by a slow, steady, gentle C-Line Glug into the awaiting glass. I was rewarded with the formation of just under two fingers of dense, foamy, rocky, bone-white head with good retention. Color was an oh-so-slightly-hazy Yellow-Gold (SRM = 4 - 5), making me wonder if it was a chill haze from my overly cool reefer. Hmm. Nose was very tropical, but I would have said papaya & guava before passionfruit. By citrus, they meant grapefruit & orange/tangerine. Finally, on the back end, I got raspberries. Mmm. Mouthfeel was medium. The taste was a fruity riot in my mouth! It was like fruit salad with everybody vying for my attention all at once! I liked it, but I CAN now understand why Mosaic is often paired with at least one other hops variety, like Simcoe. It was a jangly mélange of fruit flavors, ranging from citrus to tropical to berries & while interesting, I was having difficulty parsing one from CANother. It was exactly as described in the Notes, but it lacked focus as a result. Finish was semi-dry & the lingering aftertaste was blueberries & raspberries. 8=O I have to admit, I was impressed. YMMV.

Presentation: 12 oz. can with the canning date printed on the bottom. Served in a tulip glass.
Appearance: The one and a half finger head stays around for a while and leaves behind a thin foam layer that stays until the end and a lot of patchy lacing. It's a beautiful, clear, bright gold color.
Smell: The aroma is faint, with just a hint of citrus fruit and some grains.
Taste: There's fresh grapefruit pulp along with a zesty, waxy, grapefruit peel note as well. Along with some other fruity flavors of tangerine and a hint of lemon. There are also some earthy, slightly herbal notes in the background and very present bitterness in aftertaste as well.
Mouthfeel: It's light to medium bodied and refreshing but with a certain stickiness in the palate. Carbonation is medium low.
Overall: A very good, classic, hop forward IPA that doesn't exactly slap you in the face with with any bold aromas or flavors. It's subtle and enjoyable which is nice to see these days.

I would never have guessed this is an all mosaic hoped ale.
It's dank, herbaceous, resinous. I would say more chinook than mosaic but anyway this is great. Alongside the resinous hoppiness which I love, this has some berries and lemon notes.
The mouthfeel is great with a crisp finish and a moderate carbonation.
This is a great ipa. 6.5% abv? You're kidding me. I would say it's 4.5%!

Golden straw color with a bubbly head. Clear body. Nice glow. Cool aroma of jackfruit, passionfruit, guava, and a blueberry. Taste is slightly hoppy with only a slight bitter finish. The feel of the beer is slightly resiny. The malts are light. This beer can be quaffed easily. It goes down like a 4% abv beer even though it clocks in at 6.5 abv. I would really enjoy putting back a few of these on a hot day in the sun.

Slooow Mo pours a crystal clear, golden yellow with a one finger head that's tight knit and foamy leaving some spotty lacing. The smell is dank pine with some herbal notes and tropical fruit with a hint of crackery malt. The taste screams Mosaic! Dank with nice tropical fruit, accompanied by citrus and a hint of grassy, floral notes
