So happy to be 2d reviewer of Stan's treat. Fond memories of winning the Auburn Criterium with Larry Nolan in 1-2 finish in 1993. Larry still faster to burn off beer than me.
This brew does not rise into DIPA range.
a) A clear pale golden with little 1 finger head and no lace at Rattle N Hum NYC.
s) Too faint and fairway. Floral and citrus.
t) Bigger. Scat, flowers, herb, wood, on a sweet caramel light base. West coast for sure.
f) Light for a DIPA, but sticky. Clean finish, good food partner. Nice finish.
