Foot on the base, get ready, go-go-go!! The batter may be out, but you definitely just scored with a Sac Fly-PA. This West Coast IPA is brewed with CTZ, Citra and Centennial hops, infusing piney and citrus-like aromas that balance out the light and crisp malt profile. Whether you are at the yard or watching from the comfort of you couch, this refreshingly crushable IPA is best enjoyed with a ball game in front of you.

Taster at brewery. Pale golden, clear, skin of head. Malty, grainy aroma. Taste is more grainy flavors, light sweetness and finishes with a small bitter bite.

Having paid a $1.75 for one pint I found this beer to be quite tasteful, quite flavorful. It had a slight hazy look about it when poured but not a heavy haze like a New England IPA. It had a pleasant scent of citrus when opened, giving a good indication of what to expect. It was flavorful, slightly carbonated, upon tasting. The foamy-head was minimal. It was quite enjoyable with sharp-cheddar cheese. So, yeah, I do recommend giving this brand a try. It was the first time I ever saw this brand and I hope to find a few more as we get into the new year.

Can poured into a Knee Deep Brewing Co pint glass

A: Pours golden yellow with a frothy off whit head that settles to a light layer and laces nicely.

S: Resinous, piney, grassy, floral, citrus zest, fruity notes, crackery biscuity malt, and a touch of caramel sweetness.

T: Resinous, floral, grassy zesty citrus, lemon, grapefruit, and a little tangerine, light fruity notes, peach, apricot, mango, and passion fruit, crackery biscuity malt, and just a touch of caramel sweetness.

M: Medium body, moderate carbonation.

O: Bitterness jumps out up front, but the finish is surprisingly soft. Solid West Coast IPA that I'd be happy to drink while watching a ball game.

Copper and filtered with a little carbonation and a small foam of white head.

Smells of grass in malt.

Taste of grass and malt and bleached hops.

Light body with light carbonation.

Don't even bother with this one. June 29, 2019, Redding.

Poured from a 16oz can into a Speiglau IPA glass.

Look is a clear orange amber with a thin billowy off white head.

Aroma is biscuit malt with a light orange note.

Bitter hop note with a slight malt sweetness.

Very thin body, kinda takes away a little.

Pours a clear pale gold with a finger of loose head that quickly settled to the top of the beer

Smells of orange blossom and grapefruit

Taste is complex, also has some tart citrus and fresh pine

Relatively thin body, dry finish. Lingering bitterness.

A solid beer, very drinkable on a hot day, but in my opinion, suffered from a lack of malt presence. Needs more body.

Canned 5/29/18, consumed 7/5/18

L: Crystal clear, honey gold color with a big head that left very little lacing.

A: Pretty faint, basic piney and floral hops up front with a smaller degree of citrus fruit and sweet malt.

T: Follows aroma, honestly tastes like your basic old school IPA - piney and danky, not very fruity.

F: Medium-light but not thin, low but slightly lingering bitterness, good carbonation, pretty dry finish.

O: Not very impressive for a brand new West Coast IPA - nothing new in any way. Decent but I'd go with other options at the price and ABV. Not exactly thin and easy drinking enough to be your go-to ballpark option.
