Big double IPA, you can taste all of the 9% abv. Same abv as Hoptologist but Hoptologist is way better, in my opinion. This one doesn't have enough bitterness so the malt sweetness comes through very strong. Some fruitiness, but with the high alcohol it comes across more like overripe fruit that is starting to ferment. With a lower abv and more hop bitterness, this beer could be great. Still worth trying if you like double IPAs.
