Canned on 5/17/19. 12oz can poured into a tulip. Pours golden with nice transparency and has lots of bubbles swirling upwards; nice creamy white head that falls slowly leaving great thick retention and sticky lacing. The aromas have some citrus, tropical fruit, bread, crackers and malts going on. The flavors follow the nose. Some coconut, orange, grapefruit and pineapple leading the way. Subtle and mild hints of lemon and lime. Some fresh grass. More bread and crackers. Moderate bitterness. Solid hop flavors. Malts do their thing without completely dominating. Alcohol goes unnoticed. Mouthfeel is on the fuller side of light-bodied with moderate to active carbonation. It's sharp, fluffy smooth and easy to drink.
This is a nice pale ale. They ultimately stay true to the style and doesn't try to be an IPA. It's refreshing and enjoyable stuff. I like it.
