Canned 7/30/21
Appearance - Pours clear and golden yellow in color with a white, finger width head that displays fair retention before dying to a thin, broken layer of suds. Little spots here and there make up a sparse lacing.
Smell - Tart lime, coconut whipped cream and a hint of graham cracker.
Taste - Initial key lime tartness, then a bit of cream sweetness that has an unexpected coconut quality to it. Hint of graham cracker peek through in the finish, though the key lime dominates overall.
Mouthfeel - Light-to-medium in body with fair carbonation. Slick, easy drinker with a dry finish.
Overall - Solid key lime sour. The coconut flavor is not what was intended, I think, but it works.
