Clear bright yellow brew with abundant foam in the Duvel tulip. Sharp and sudsy with a lush mouthfeel. Quite sweet but not syrupy. Massive malt followed by a hot flash. Hard to ignore the alcohol burn as you swallow gingerly. Huge hop aroma with citrus and mango fighting it out. Flavors of orange marmalade, a shot of peach schnapps, and grapefruit peel.
This is quite an experience. Thoroughly sippable, while being totally over the top. From the 19.2 oz can purchased at the big wine store.
