Can poured into a Knee Deep Brewing Co pub glass
A: Pours rich golden amber with a frothy eggshell white head that settles to a firm layer and laces quite nicely.
S: Plenty of resinous pine, citrus zest, grassy slightly herbal notes, a little tropical and stone fruit hiding in the background, built on a sturdy foundation of lightly toasted bready malt.
T: Resinous pine, citrus, grapefruit, lemon, and a little tangerine, a little underlying tropical and stone fruit, apricot, passion fruit, peach, pineapple, a touch floral, ever so slight grassy dank herbal notes, bready malt, and a fairly dry finish.
M: A little on the fuller side of medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: Classic big West Coast DIPA, just what you'd expect from Knee Deep.

Can pour - less than clear deep gold/orange with short foamy head leaving scattered lacing and a ring of bubbles. Nose is citrus and pine on a malty background. Taste follows with a step up on the malt profile and a lingering bitterness on the finish.
