Appearance - Pours with a fair amoutn of haze, and is bright orange in color. Off-white head that peaks at half a finger's width before dying down quickly to a barren surface. No lacing.
Smell - Smells like orange and artificial sweetness.
Taste - Very strong tart and sweet orange flavor. Maybe a hint of vanilla mid-taste?? A touch of malt breadiness emerges in the finish, but overall that tart/sugary sweet orange flavor dominates from start and through to a deep aftertaste.
Mouthfeel - Light-to-medium in body with some sparkly carbonation. Drinks easy enough before a crisp, drying finish.
Overall - Kinda tastes like what I would imagine mixing Sunkist and SunnyD would taste like. I love me some orange, but this is over the top in perceived artificial orange flavor. The lack of promised cream flavor to tame the sharpness of the orange is also an issue. It's not terrible, but it's disappointing and not one I'd buy again.
