Biffington's Barleywine

This Experimental pilot brew is black in color, but with minimal roast as to not sway too far from the classic Barleywine tradition. Rich malt flavors, with some extra sweetness added from nearly a pound of honey per gallon, lead the way to a decadent finish of oak and rye whiskey infused during secondary fermentation.
