Have had this bottle for 6+ months. Pours a gorgeous gold color, not much head. Smells very tart, no oak on the nose. Tastes great. The oak is really popping out more than that last time I had this. And the fruit is coming out as more of a toasted orange flavor, bit of caramelized sugar on the back of the tongue. Excellent carbonation, and a great finish that mellows out into some juicy, winey sweetness as it ends. And you really don't get the 9% at all, quite smooth. Still think this is just a phenomenal effort for a first sour.

Bottle from Mad Fox.
Light golden body with a small white cap. Oranges, oak, alcohol. Sour fruit with a sharp, biting, acetic harshness mid to late palate. Medium alcohol presence with acetone. Almost.

Really solid beer. Wish I had bought more than 1.
