Beer on tap at Mad Fox.
Beer is dark amber and completely hazy with a thin head of tiny off white bubbles that leaves a lot of lacing on the glass. Carbonation is moderate to low. Without the haze it would look good.
Aroma is a little soapy but it is piny / earthy hoppy, smells pretty good.
Beer is medium in body and mildly sweet some nice moderate to high bitterness in the finish. The beer finishes rather wet which I like but I think a little more carbonation in the mouth would carry this through well. I would have this again.

Had this on tap today at the brewpub on 01/01/11.
a - Pours a murky amber color with light carbonation evident an one inch of white head.
s - Smells of citrus hops and fruity malts. Not too strong, but enjoyable.
t - Tastes of citrus hops, fruity malts, and light pine. Slightly bitter and again, nothing stood out too much.
m - Light body and moderate carbonation.
d - A nice IPA with some citrus in the nose and mouth. Would give another shot.

According to the bartender, this is a bigger version of Snap IPA. Menu indicates that this was done with Centennial and Columbus rather than Chinook.
Pours a bronze-type color with a white head and a moderate amount of lacing. Falls to a bit of a cap. The nose is somewhat subtle but pretty good. There's a nice mix of citrus in there throughout plus a bit of a floral note in the finish. The taste cranks it up a bit more with a bit more intense of citrus flavors plus a fairly-hefty dose of bitterness. Good medium body with good bitterness and carbonation. Really nice drinkability. I liked this one quite a bit more than the Snap IPA.
