Collaboration with Mikkeller
Brew in Collaboration with Mikkeller for the Ratebeer European Summer Gathering. Made with lactose, oats, wheat, and pilsner malt. The beer underwent a 12 hour sour mash to add a little tartness. Hopped with Citra and Sorachi ace. Dry hopped with Sorachi Ace and Centennial along with 1kg of fresh lemon peel.
