Poured a dark amber with light brown head that did not last all that long, but to be fair the beer did not last all that long either. Smelled of smoke, malt, meat, burnt sugars and Sweet smoked meat. Tastes are much of the same, Sweet smoky, sticky ribs is what I would say, really a delicious beer. Well carbonated and medium bodied, nothing to write home about though. Overall, I loved this beer but admit that I am partial to Smoked beers. Really a great smoked ale.
